Returns Policy

• The products purchased from Sparky Shop could be returned to us following our Returns Policy.
• A buyer may be eligible to return the product if they have ordered the wrong product. The product must be kept in its original condition and packaging, and you must produce a copy of the original invoice. The buyer will cover the shipping cost and an additional 15% restocking fee.
• If you have received a damaged or faulty product, you can make the claim within 30 days. In this case, please contact us immediately at info@sparkyshop.co.nz or 02102780583 to notify us about the issue. We will investigate the issue and work with you to replace the damaged or faulty item as quickly as possible.
• To get a full refund, the product should be in its original packaging, in saleable condition, and packed in a suitable outer carton. Our staff will conduct an assessment before we process the refund.
• Goods returned for a credit must be done within 30 days, be in the same condition on that they were received, and in the
  original packaging.
• Shipping charges are not included in the credit. It is your responsibility to pay for all shipping costs (including if shipping is “Free”, you will be required to pay for the normal shipping cost, deducted from off credit) plus a 15% restocking fee.
• Once your return is received, inspected, and processed in the warehouse (usually within 48 hours of receipt here), you will receive a credit for the items you returned.
