Returns Policy

• The products purchased from Sparky Shop could be returned to us following our Returns Policy.
• A buyer may be eligible to return the product if they have ordered a wrong product. The product must be kept in its original condition and packaging and you must produce a copy of the original invoice. The buyer will cover the shipping cost and plus a 15% restocking fee.
• If you have received a damaged or faulty product, you can make the claim within 7 days. In this case, please contact us immediately at info@sparkyshop.co.nz or call us at 02102780583 to notify about the issue. We will investigate the issue and  we will work with you to replace the damaged or faulty item as quickly as possible.
• In order to get a refund, the product should be in its original packaging, in saleable condition and packed in a suitable outer carton. Our staff will do an assessment before we process the refund.
• Goods returned for a credit must done within 7 days, be in the same condition on that they were received and in the
  original packaging.
• Shipping charges are not included in the credit and it is your responsibility to pay for all shipping costs (including if shipping is “Free” you will be required to pay for the normal shipping cost, deducted off credit) plus a 15% restocking fee.
• Once your return is received, inspected and processed in the warehouse (usually within 48 hours of receipt here), you will receive a credit for the items you returned.
